Escape the 'maddening crowd' by the lake, and rest awhile in the quiet, shaded shelter of the Brio Guesthouse and Cottage. Here you will find a 1/2 acre of treed lawn and gardens to relax in - make yourself comfortable on the patio, the garden swing, saunter through the garden and soak up the fresh, pine-scented air!!

Brio offers flexible accommodation packages for parties of up to 10 people. Available to vacationers are the main guesthouse, cottage and bunkhouse.

The Guesthouse:

The Guesthouse is a three-floor (including basement) larch log home that nestles in surrounding fir, pine and fruit trees in a quiet residential area of Christina Lake. The main floor features an open-concept design with a kitchen, dining & living room. Two bedrooms, a study, a 4-piece bathroom and ensuite are situated upstairs, and another bedroom and laundry are located in the lower level.

KITCHEN:

The roomy kitchen with convenient island/bar comes fully equipeed with all appliances - fridge, electric range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and all pots, pans, dishes and utensils

 

DINING ROOM:


The dining room features rustic log home furniture
and two large picture windows looking out onto the garden.

LIVING ROOM:

The living room is a great place to relax - play the piano, read a book, watch a favourite move, or doze in the sun streaming through the windows.

 

MASTER BEDROOM

The master bedroom is simply appointed and has a double bed, large closet, its own private balcony and ensuite with sink and toilet.

 

SECOND BEDROOM:

The second bedroom is bright, with a double bed, and overlooks the backyard garden.

BATHROOM

The colourful 4-piece bathroom has a sink, toilet and tub/shower combination with sliding glass doors.

 

 

STUDY:


The study is ringed with bookshelves and a large desk under a garden view window. The study could double as an extra bedroom or storage space.

THIRD BEDROOM:

The place to be in the summer, the lower level bedroom has a queen size bed and own adjoining sitting area.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Cottage:


The cottage lies across the main patio from the guesthouse, snug and cool in a grove of trees. The interior is an open-concept with kitchen, breakfast nook, sitting area and queen size bed.

Policies:

  • Check-in time is 4:00 p.m., check-out time is 9:00 a.m.
  • A security deposit (credit card) is required upon final payment, should there be any damages incurred while renting Brio
  • Please have references available
  • A deposit of $500.00 ($200 for cottage alone) is required with booking. Balance is due 2 months prior to rental date.
  • Cancellation policy: More than 2 months before rental - 50% of deposit. Less than 2 months before rental, the deposit if forfeited and if Brio can be re-rented the balance will be refunded.

When you've 'caught your breath', take advantage of the beauty of the Boundary, and the recreational opportunities that surround you. Brio is minutes away from the public beach, the golf courses, tennis courts, Cascade Falls, nearby hiking and biking trails Kettle Valley Railway, and Trans Canada Trails.
